Nokia 9 PureView is shown in a new image (semi-official) and in a presentation video in which part of the technical specifications and features related to the five rear cameras are revealed.
Nokia 9 PureView has long been on the lips of fans of the Finnish brand. It was already discussed last year but what was supposed to be “Nokia 9” turned out to be Nokia 8 Sirocco. But now we have the latest details regarding the top-of-the-range for 2019 of the HMD Global range.
In a presentation video (which has the whole idea of being an official) part of the technical features has been unveiled instead. Nokia 9 PureView will have a 5.99 “screen with 2K / QHD resolution and support for HDR 10. There will not be any notches but thin edges in the upper and lower area while the design will not be dual-edge.
According to reports, Nokia 9 PureView will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC (and not the latest Snapdragon 855) coupled to 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage space. The fingerprint reader will be integrated into the screen thus leaving more space for the battery and for the generous section dedicated to the rear cameras.
Just the rear cameras are confirmed that 5 will be developed in collaboration with Zeiss. This will allow, according to the company, to improve the quality of photographs taken in difficult light conditions, to focus after shooting and better HDR quality.
This model will be equipped with wireless charging (as well as fast charging via USB Type-C) and of course, will not miss Android 9 Pie with interface substantially unchanged from the “vanilla” (Android One). The presentation could take place in January 2019 for the Chinese market and at MWC 2019 for the international version, as was the case for the first Nokia 6.
